For cakes, we recommend at least 5-7 days notice. For catering orders, please give us at least 1-2 weeks notice. During busy seasons (holidays, wedding season), we recommend ordering 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup/delivery. For orders over $500, we may offer a payment plan.
