Order Notice Requirements

  • Cakes: Minimum 5-7 days advance notice required

  • Catering: Minimum 1-2 weeks advance notice required

  • Peak seasons (holidays, weddings): 3-4 weeks recommended

  • Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery available within 15 miles of Charleston, SC

  • Catering orders $200+: FREE delivery

  • Catering orders under $200: $25 delivery fee

  • Cake delivery: Flat $20 fee (ensures safe transport)

  • Pickup available at no charge

  • Deliveries outside 15-mile radius may be available for additional fee

Payment & Deposits

  • 50% deposit is required to secure your order

  • Remaining balance due on the day of pickup/delivery

  • Accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo

  • Orders over $500: Payment plans may be available

  • The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours

Cancellation Policy

  • 7+ days before event: Full deposit refund

  • 3-6 days before event: 50% deposit refund

  • Within 48 hours of event: Deposit forfeited

  • Please communicate cancellations as soon as possible

  • Order changes accepted up to 3 days before event

Warmer Rental Policy

  • Full-size chafing dish: $25 each

  • Half-pan warmer: $15 each

  • Sterno fuel included with all rentals

  • Refundable deposit required (returned when equipment is returned clean)

  • Equipment must be returned within 3 days of event

  • Damage or unreturned equipment will result in deposit forfeiture

Food Allergy Disclaimer

  • Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy

  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation

  • Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order

  • We will discuss possible accommodations on a case-by-case basis

  • Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution
